Complimentary Worldwide Delivery

Every Rattanology order is delivered complimentary, worldwide. There are no shipping charges at checkout.

How We Ship

Each piece is dispatched via DHL Express from our studio in the Philippines. A tracking number is provided by email at the moment of dispatch.

Ready to Ship

Wall sconces, table lamps, mirrors, and selected accessories leave our studio within 3–5 business days. Worldwide delivery follows within 7–14 business days.

Made to Order

Larger pieces are made to order by our craftspeople. Production requires 2–4 weeks, after which your piece is dispatched via DHL Express. The lead time for each work is noted on its product page.

Customs & Import Duties

Rattanology dispatches from the Philippines. Upon arrival, your order may be subject to import duties or customs fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Should you wish us to manage customs clearance on your behalf, this can be arranged. Please write to us at hello@rattanology.com before placing your order. We will advise on the applicable cost for your destination.
