Returns Policy

At Rattanology, every piece leaves our studio having met the highest standards of craft and care. We stand fully behind the quality of our work and want you to feel confident in every purchase.

14-Day Return Window Should you wish to return an item, we kindly ask that you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty or Damaged Items In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, we take full responsibility. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with supporting photographs and we will arrange a complimentary collection at no cost to you. Your recourse is assured.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Pieces All bespoke and made-to-order commissions are final sale. As each piece is crafted exclusively to your specification, we are unable to accept returns on these orders. This is made clear at the point of purchase.

Refunds Upon safe receipt and inspection of your return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. No quibble, no delay.
