The Barbara is a wall-mounted sconce shaped from bent natural rattan cane in an elegant half-dome silhouette — art deco-inspired, considered in form. Each piece is made to order. No two are ever quite the same.

The Making

The Barbara is handcrafted in the Philippines by a small circle of makers whose craft resists mass production. Shaped entirely by hand — natural variation in rattan tone and texture is inherent to the piece, a mark of its origin, not an imperfection.
