Sourced from the base of the culm. Each node a quiet record of time. Each lamp, unrepeatable.

The Organic begins where the bamboo is densest and most storied — the root section of the culm, where years of growth have concentrated into something singular. Brass fittings throughout. A lamp with genuine provenance.

The Making

Made in the Philippines. Bamboo selected specifically from the base of the culm, where density and node character are greatest. The culm is shaped and finished by hand — no two pieces are identical. Each piece ships with a handwritten Certificate of Making.

Rattanology is a UK design studio based in Oxford, partnering with the men and women who make it to create premium rattan lighting and furniture with intention and integrity.
